Aluacero® panels

Assembly indications

ALUACERO PANELS reduce assembly time and labour costs by up to 80% with respect to individual slat installations, which have to be levelled, welded, screwed or clipped one-by-one. Over time, strikes and the effects of expansion and contraction deform surfaces assembled with individual slats, while Aluacero panels maintain their uniform appearance

Installing Aluacero panels for cladding facades is very easy, affixing them directly to vertical frames of any type using self-drilling screws. Depending on the characteristics of each project and the panels’ exposure to wind loads, distances of up to three metres between fastening points can be achieved for steel panels and up to 2.5 metres for aluminium panels.

Distance between Aluacero panel fastening points

Aluacero panels can be installed with distances of up to three metres between fastening points when the panels are steel or up to 2.5 metres when the panels are aluminium.
